Marsha M. Morris

President & Chief Executive Officer

Marsha M. Morris is a U.S. Army veteran and former senior federal management and program analyst, with leadership shaped by more than 27 years of federal service — including 16 years supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), and direct supervisory experience as Chief of a Human Resources Strategy Section overseeing a team of 10 HR professionals servicing more than 1,300 civilian and 70 military personnel nationwide.

During her federal career, she advised senior leadership, coordinated organizational programs, evaluated operational challenges, supported workforce initiatives, managed administrative functions, and developed recommendations designed to improve performance and resource utilization.

Her facilities and logistics experience includes facility-layout planning, property accountability, physical inventories, supply acquisition, warehouse coordination, equipment relocation, procurement support, contractor coordination, and operational documentation.

As a U.S. Army facility manager, she supervised military and civilian employees, managed supplies and equipment, coordinated preventive maintenance, conducted inspections, developed standard operating procedures, and maintained accountability for significant government property and equipment.

She holds a Master of Business Administration and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management.
